Deck Stair Structural Repair
This project involved the repair of an unstable exterior stair assembly serving a residential unit. The existing stairs showed signs of improper support, inadequate connections, and long-term deterioration, creating a safety concern.
Our scope focused on stabilizing the structure, correcting support conditions, and rebuilding the stair system to provide a safe, durable, and code-appropriate solution.
